Welcome to Reel Rewards, the customer loyalty program offered by Great Outdoors Shops LLC. Reel Rewards allows eligible customers to earn and redeem reward points, known as Bait Bucks, when purchasing qualifying merchandise through Great Outdoors Shops.

By participating in Reel Rewards, customers agree to the following program terms and conditions.

1. Program Membership

Membership in Reel Rewards is free and available to customers who create a registered account at Great Outdoors Shops.

A valid customer account is required to earn, track, and redeem Bait Bucks. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials.

Bait Bucks have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable between customer accounts.

2. Earning Bait Bucks

Reel Rewards members earn 10 Bait Bucks for every $1 spent on eligible merchandise purchases through the Great Outdoors Shops online store or Mobile Tackle Shop.

A minimum eligible merchandise purchase of $25, excluding sales tax and shipping charges, is required to earn Bait Bucks.

For Mobile Tackle Shop purchases, customers must provide the email address associated with their registered Great Outdoors Shops account. Eligible Bait Bucks will be credited manually, generally within 48 hours of purchase.

Each qualifying transaction may earn points only once. Great Outdoors Shops reserves the right to verify purchases and correct duplicate or incorrectly awarded points.

3. Redeeming Bait Bucks

Bait Bucks may be redeemed toward eligible purchases at Great Outdoors Shops according to the following conversion:

Bait Bucks may currently be redeemed only through the Great Outdoors Shops online store. Redemption is not available for purchases made directly at the Mobile Tackle Shop.

Bait Bucks earned from eligible Mobile Tackle Shop purchases are added to the same customer account used for online purchases.

200 Bait Bucks = $1.00 in merchandise discounts.

Customers must accumulate an account balance of at least 1,000 Bait Bucks before redemption becomes available.

Once this threshold is reached, customers may redeem eligible point amounts at checkout, subject to the program’s restrictions.

Redemption is limited to a maximum of 25% of the eligible merchandise value of an order.

Bait Bucks cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward sales tax or shipping charges.

4. Promotional Restrictions

Bait Bucks cannot be combined with coupon codes or other promotional discounts.

Bait Bucks discounts cannot be applied to merchandise already offered at sale prices.

Great Outdoors Shops may designate certain products, purchases, or promotions as ineligible for earning or redeeming Bait Bucks. Applicable restrictions will be determined by the program settings and promotional terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Mobile Tackle Shop and Live Bait Restrictions

Live bait purchases, including minnows, golden shiners, worms, and other live bait products, are excluded from earning Bait Bucks.

Only eligible merchandise purchases count toward the $25 minimum earning requirement. Live bait purchases do not count toward this minimum.

5. Bait Bucks Expiration

Bait Bucks are subject to a one-year expiration period under the Reel Rewards program.

Customers can view available points and expiration information through their Great Outdoors Shops customer account.

The program is configured to provide email notifications approximately 30 days before points expire. However, email delivery cannot be guaranteed, and customers remain responsible for monitoring their points balances and expiration dates.

Expired Bait Bucks are no longer available for redemption.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

If an order is canceled, returned, or refunded, Great Outdoors Shops may deduct the Bait Bucks earned from that transaction.

If points were redeemed on a refunded or canceled purchase, any applicable points restoration or adjustment will be handled according to the circumstances of the transaction and the program’s available functionality.

Great Outdoors Shops reserves the right to review and correct customer points balances to account for refunds, returns, cancellations, or administrative errors.

7. Account Misuse

Reel Rewards is intended for legitimate customer purchases and personal use.

Great Outdoors Shops reserves the right to suspend or terminate program participation, withhold rewards, or correct points balances in cases involving fraudulent transactions, account manipulation, or other misuse of the program.

8. Program Changes or Termination

Great Outdoors Shops LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Reel Rewards, including its earning rates, redemption values, eligibility requirements, expiration periods, and other program features.

Changes will be communicated through the Great Outdoors Shops website or other appropriate customer communications when reasonably practicable.

Participation in Reel Rewards does not guarantee that any particular earning or redemption feature will remain available indefinitely.

9. Technical Issues

Great Outdoors Shops makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate points balances and program functionality.

However, occasional technical errors, delays, or interruptions may occur. Great Outdoors Shops reserves the right to investigate and correct errors involving points calculations, redemption amounts, or account balances.
